Lisa Polcovich
Bio
Lisa graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science while playing Division I volleyball for the Gators and earning All-Academic SEC. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Specialist (ISSA, Nesta, ACE), and serves as the director of Peak’s Strength & Conditioning programs. Lisa is in her twelfth season of coaching for OP2 and has coached both 11’s & 12’s. She is the only 12’s coach in the state of Oklahoma to win a National Qualifier at the 12’s division. She has now won two national qualifiers and has a 9th place finish at Nationals. She was the head volleyball coach for Deer Creek High School for 9 years (2013-2021), won 9 Regional Championships, had 9 State VB Appearances, & 4 Academic State Championships.
Aside from coaching, Lisa is a Co-owner of iCrush Sports Performance facility and has been married for 30 years with two kids. Kaden, her son played college baseball at OSU and was drafted 3rd round in the June 2020 draft. Teagan, Lisa’s daughter played for nine years for Peak and played Division 1 volleyball and graduated from Missouri State.
