Bio

I began playing volleyball in Texas during my 7th-grade year and continued throughout high school. My dedication to the sport earned me a scholarship to play at Northern Oklahoma College as a setter, followed by an opportunity to play as an outside hitter at St. Gregory’s University.
After college, I continued my volleyball journey overseas, playing for six and a half years. During that time, I had the incredible opportunity to travel the world and compete in the sport I love. While playing in Germany, I met my husband—also a volleyball player—and we eventually married and welcomed our two sons, Kapena (who now plays as well) and Kanoa.
I am currently in my ninth year of coaching high school volleyball, with seven years spent at Westmoore High School. I’m now entering my second year as head coach of the Jaguars. Coaching allows me to stay connected to the game, share my passion with young athletes, and continue to grow by learning from other coaches and constantly evolving in my approach.
I’m so excited to be back with Peak and be surrounded by so many outstanding coaches and athletes.
