Holly Beers

Holly is entering her seventh season coaching. She first fell in love with volleyball at age 12 during her time at Rejoice Christian School. Throughout her high school career, Rejoice’s program had great success, making four consecutive state tournament appearances in classes 3A and 4A.

After graduation, she moved to Norman to attend the University of Oklahoma, where she competed on the OU women’s club team. During college, Holly began coaching at both the club and high school level. She served as the varsity assistant coach at Norman High for the 2020 and 2021 seasons, and head coach for the 2022 and 2023. In 2022, Holly graduated from OU with a degree in advertising and Spanish. Throughout her time as head coach NHS, she taught elementary physical education and discovered her calling.

Holly is entering her fourth year teaching physical education, second at Epperly Heights Elementary in Del City. She has coached with Oklahoma Peak for five seasons, primarily working with 13s (13-2, 13-3, 16-3, 13-4, 13-5). This year, she had the honor of head coaching a U13 team to represent the OKRVA at the All Star Championship in Madison, WI. For her love of coaching volleyball, Holly credits the excellent coaches she’s both worked with and played under.
